Our goal at T3 Mental Health Coaching is to help young athletes understand how their mind influences performance and how to apply mental strategies to help perform their best in competition. Our coaching can also help teams and coaches by enhancing confidence and self esteem, improving focus, helping athletes move on from mistakes, addressing social approval, and so much more!
BRONZE LEVEL
1 MONTH PROGRAM
4 MENTAL COACHING SESSIONS (50 MINS.)
$500.00 ($125 a session)
SILVER LEVEL
3 MONTH PROGRAM
12 MENTAL COACHING SESSIONS (50 MINS.)
$1400 ($116 a session)
GOLD LEVEL
6 MONTH PROGRAM
24 MENTAL COACHING SESSIONS (50 MINS.)

Team Workshops
Customize a program to meet the specific needs of your team, players and coaches. Choose one or more of our mental game coaching topic presentations and design a program to best suit your needs. Workshops are held at T3 offices or at your training location.

Team Training Package
Strengthen and build team cohesion, mental toughness and overall performance through our team training program. This is a great addition to any team training camp or training throughout the season. Our most popular team package includes 5 mental health coaching workshops for the entire team at your training facility.
Workshop topics are as follows:
Session 1: The Mental Game Impact
Session 2: Building a High Performing Culture
Session 3: Mental Toughness
Session 4: Proactive vs Reactive Confidence
Session 5: Team Mission and Goals
*Topic changes and/or additional topics may be added to meet the needs of the team.

Individual Sessions
Individual Sessions are $135 for the assessment & $125 for sessions after that

Please note, while counseling and coaching can overlap, they are not the same thing. Some athletes are struggling in areas outside of their competition such as in school, or socially, and may meet criteria for a clinical diagnosis. If this is the case, insurance could potentially be utilized for services or referral to a clinical practitioner.
